Tirso McCoy is a leadership and executive coach, master instructor, facilitator, assessor, business and knowledge management professional, and retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer. His career spans military service, civil service, and industry / private-sector environments.
He has served as a civilian supervisor and has extensive experience developing people, leading programs, supporting acquisition organizations, building workforce capability, facilitating learning, and improving the way knowledge, talent, and processes work together.
Through Collective Solutions, Tirso partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership, improve collaboration, build self-awareness, and translate insight into practical action.
